Transparency: what the system discloses on its own (AI Act)

The EU AI Act requires that anyone know, without having to ask, that they’re talking to an artificial intelligence. The platform always guarantees this, on every channel and language, with nothing for you to configure:

MomentWhat your customer sees or receives
First message on WhatsApp, Telegram or Messenger/InstagramBefore the assistant’s first reply in a new conversation: “I’m a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence. If you need to, I can let a member of the team know.”
Web chat (widget)Default greeting “Hi! I’m an AI-powered virtual assistant. How can I help you?”, the chat header with the status “AI assistant · replies instantly”, and an “AI” tag next to every message the assistant generates — messages written by someone on your team don’t carry it.
The AI hands off to your team (escalation)“I’ll let a member of the team know so they can continue with you. One moment, please.”
Someone on your team takes control“You’re now being helped by [name], a member of our team.”
You hand the conversation back to the AI“You’re back to talking with our AI-powered virtual assistant.”
The customer asks or wonders (“are you a robot?”, “am I talking to a person?”…)The assistant confirms it clearly — it never denies it or dodges the question.

Warning — This can’t be turned off

It’s mandatory on every one of your agency’s channels and in all three supported languages (es/en/it), and no setting on your account lets you switch it off. It’s both an obligation of ours as the platform provider and of yours, as an agency using it with real customers.
