Inside each conversation in the inbox, if the copilot acted on it, a “Copilot” block appears with what happened, in the same order it happened:
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| “The copilot proposed a plan (N steps).” | The assistant handed a plan to the SDK — the result isn’t known yet. |
| “The plan completed and was confirmed at HH:MM.” | The person confirmed and the step actually ran. |
| “The operator cancelled the plan.” | Someone tapped “Cancel” in the confirmation dialog. |
| “The plan failed.” | The form itself or another cause kept it from completing. |
| “The plan expired without confirmation.” | 15 minutes passed with nobody confirming or cancelling. |
| “The copilot rejected the plan: reason.” | The server rejected the plan before delivering it (for example, it referenced something outside the manifest). |
It’s the same place where the audit trail of every approval, revocation and action-toggle change is logged — so you can see who decided what, and when.
