This changelog covers changes that affect integrations — the public API, the MCP server, and any other surface consumed by a system outside your own. It isn’t the Platform interface’s own release notes.
Format of each entry: a real sealing date (never an invented one), and what was Added, Improved or
Fixed. /public/v1 is stable: nothing here removes a field or tightens an existing validation without
first going through what Versioning describes.

/public/v1) — 5 resources (leads, contacts, conversations, appointments, tickets), authenticated with an API key carrying read/write scopes per resource, available on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Full reference in Get started with the API. - Own MCP server — connects your AI assistant (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor…) to your account; its tools are generated from the same OpenAPI definition as the public API, with mandatory confirmation on every write. In progress
Section titled “In progress”- On-screen copilot (an assistant that navigates, highlights and, with your confirmation, fills in and clicks for you) — under active development, with parts already verified live on specific Platform screens; it doesn’t cover the whole console yet. It will be documented here with a real sealing date once it closes. See On-screen assistant for the mechanism, as it works today on the parts already covered.
