Your customers can send you images, audio, documents and video over WhatsApp, Telegram and the web chat, and your team can reply with images and documents from the inbox. Before saving anything, the platform validates each file: it checks its size, that the type is allowed, and that the actual content matches what it claims to be (a “PDF” that’s actually something else gets rejected). Optionally, the platform team can also enable an antivirus that scans every file.
- Images and audio: the AI understands them (describes the photo, transcribes the voice note) and replies accordingly.
- Documents (PDF, Word, text): the AI reads their content.
- Video: it’s saved and your team can view/download it; the AI doesn’t interpret it (it’s told honestly that a video was received).
Warning — Disabled by default
No channel accepts files until you turn it on. If a customer sends an attachment while the option is off, they receive a single friendly notice that this channel doesn’t accept files; their text is still handled normally.
