Your AI assistant can do a lot of things: search your knowledge base, generate documents, query or update your connected integrations… This manual brings together the two places where you decide who can ask it for what:
- Settings → Agent control (section 2): what your assistant can do with your customers and visitors, versus what it can only do with your team. A single screen with the full inventory.
- Team (section 3): what each person on your team can do — beyond their role (admin/editor/viewer), you can narrow their access separately on the web, by channels (WhatsApp/Telegram), or with their own API keys.
Note — It already comes securely configured
There’s no need to touch anything in this manual to start using the Platform: everything already comes with the most cautious default value (whatever’s sensitive, only for your team; whatever’s meant for the public, also for customers). This manual is for when you want to adjust that starting point to your specific case.
Requirements: everything in this manual is exclusive to the Admin role (and the account owner).
