Note — Example — answering with a synced document
You synced a folder with your general terms in PDF. A customer asks about the cancellation policy; the agent uses “Search documents” (the same tool as always, Manual 21) and finds the document synced from Drive exactly as if you’d uploaded it by hand.
“Upload file” and “Create folder” appear in the flow builder’s piece palette (Manual 55), but — as section 5 explains — they don’t run yet until your provider activates the additional Google permission they need.
