Note — Each tenant registers ITS OWN app — never a shared one
Unlike Excel/Microsoft 365 (Manual 26, a single multitenant app owned by your provider for this platform), Dynamics 365 requires your own business to register an app in ITS OWN Entra ID: you never depend on your provider handing you an application identifier — you look up and manage your own from start to finish.
