Integrations

The screen: Integrations → Connections

Requirements: Admin or Editor role; sharing an already-created connection also requires the integration-management permission.

Go into Integrations, in the sidebar. The integration that already supports several named connections shows the “Connections” button on its card (instead of, or alongside, “Connect”/“Disconnect”). Open it to see the full list: the main one at the top (if the integration has one) and, below it, every named connection with its scope, its status, and how many actions it’s allowed to run.

  1. Press ”+ Add connection”.
  2. Type the name (lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, no spaces; unique for that integration — “principal” isn’t allowed).
  3. Choose the scope: “Shared” or “This flow only” — if you choose the second one, pick the flow from a list of the tenant’s already-created flows.
  4. Fill in that integration’s credentials (they vary by integration — section 4 covers “Email (read)”).
  5. Check the allowed actions this connection will be able to run — none are checked by default.
  6. Press “Create connection” (or “Connect and test”, if that integration tests the credential right away).

On each named connection you can “Edit” (name, scope, allowed actions) or “Revoke” (deletes the saved credential; can’t be undone). If any active flow was using that connection, the notice afterwards tells you which ones got disabled — a flow never keeps trying to use a connection that no longer exists.
