Go into Settings, in the sidebar. It brings together all of your agency’s configuration that isn’t an agent or a channel. On the left there’s a menu with ten sections: Company, Business hours, Calendar parameters, Billing, Security, Notifications, Widget customization, MCP servers, API keys and Danger zone.
