The last section of the Settings menu is, on purpose, the most isolated from the rest.
Important — Deleting the agency’s account — an irreversible action
To prevent accidental deletions, you must type your agency’s exact name to confirm. After confirming, the deletion is scheduled and exportable data is kept for 30 days. The action is available to the Admin role — there’s no higher role: if you administer the account, this responsibility is yours. If you’re unsure about anything, contact your provider first (Manual 28 · Support).
