Can I have more than one integration connected at the same time? Yes, with no limit — every connector is independent. What isn’t supported (except for Sheets, Drive and Email, section 3) is more than one connection of the same connector.
What does it mean for a tool to be “Internal” or “Both”? “Internal” means only your team can use that tool from chat; “Both” means your customers can use it too. By default everything is born “Internal” — you change it from “Agent control” (Manual 52).
Where do I see if an action failed? Use “Test connection” (Status tab of the detail) to rule out a credential problem. If the problem persists, contact your provider’s support (Manual 28 · Support).
What happens if my vertical doesn’t have a connector available by default? You’ll see the “Available on request” state on its card, with a “Request” button (section 2) that notifies your provider to review it.
I disconnected an integration — does it delete my data in the other system? No. Disconnecting stops the sync from that point on, but it never deletes what already traveled to the external system — that’s still your system, not your provider’s (details in each connector’s manual, under “Disconnect”).
