Bring your own AI provider lets you use your own account with an AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Google/Gemini or DeepSeek) instead of the AI included in your plan. With your own key, your business’s AI usage is never deducted from your plan: you pay your chosen provider directly, under your own contract and your own billing. Without it, everything keeps working exactly as before — the AI included in your plan.
This tab is optional and self-service: you decide whether to use it, and it only appears if your plan includes it.
Note — Only if your plan allows it
“Bring your own AI provider” is a feature the platform can activate for your plan (and, if your account belongs to a white-label partner, that partner can too). If it isn’t activated, the tab doesn’t appear in Settings — there’s no “feature locked” message or padlock: the screen simply isn’t there, just like any other tab in your account that depends on your contracted plan. If you expected to see it and can’t find it, contact support (Manual 28) to confirm whether your plan includes it.
You’ll find it under Settings → Bring your own AI provider, a sibling tab of API Keys (Manual 50).
