Frequently asked questions

Can I lose configuration by downgrading my plan? No. Extra objects become “out of plan” (section 4), never deleted. You can keep them as soon as you have room (by upgrading your plan, releasing another one, or with a one-off upgrade).

Does a counter at zero mean I lost the object? No — navigation to the object is always available even when that capability’s counter shows zero; it just stops operating (responding, running) until it’s back in-plan.

Does “Request” guarantee I’ll get it? Not automatically — it creates a real ticket that your provider reviews and resolves, just like any other support request (Manual 28).

Why do some things (leads, calendar, documents…) never have a limit? Because they aren’t limitable capabilities — they’re the core of the product, always included in every plan (section 1). Only the core’s conversations and marketing sends have a quota, and it’s a monthly consumption quota, not “how many you can have created” (Manual 34, section 4).

Is Copilot Assistant different from the Web Widget? Yes — they’re two different channel types (section 6), each with its own counter and its own limit. The Web Widget talks to your customers; Copilot Assistant helps a logged-in user inside a tool.

Where do I see ALL my capabilities together, with all twenty limits at once? There’s no single screen like that — each capability lives on the screen where it’s used (section 2), on purpose, so the number that matters is always in view right when you’re about to create something.
