**Requirements:** Admin role. 1. Open Shopify's **Details**, go to the **Status** tab and click **Disconnect**. 2. Confirm in the warning — this action can't be undone. **Result:** the **saved domain is deleted** and the agent immediately loses access to the catalog and cart tools. To reconnect, repeat section 4. > **Note — Shopify remains your own system** > > Your catalog and your orders always live in **your own Shopify account** — a system that's already yours, contracted and managed by you, not by this platform's provider. Disconnecting only removes the agent's access; it doesn't delete or modify anything in your store.
