By connecting Shopify, your agent can **look up your catalog live** (products, variants, prices) and **prepare the customer's shopping cart** directly in the conversation, sharing your own store's payment link at the end — your agent never touches the money, the customer pays on Shopify. Unlike other connectors, Shopify has no panel actions: its entire surface is **six AI agent tools** (section 5) — search and look up products, create and modify a cart. They're born **off** until you activate them. > **Note — Only for businesses with a store** > > Shopify is an **e-commerce-specific** connector: it appears available if your business type has a store — it doesn't appear by default in other verticals (e.g. real estate).
