**Requirements:** Admin role. 1. Open PandaDoc's **Detail**, go to the **Status** tab and click **Disconnect**. 2. Confirm on the notice — the action can't be undone. **Result:** the **saved credential is deleted**, the agent loses access to PandaDoc's tools immediately and the automatic status notice stops arriving. To connect again, repeat section 4 (you'll need a new key, or the same one if it's still valid in PandaDoc). > **Note — PandaDoc becomes a destination for your own data** > > Every document sent to electronic signature travels to **your own PandaDoc account** — a system that's already yours, contracted and managed by you, not by your provider for this platform. Disconnecting prevents the agent from sending new documents, but **doesn't delete** documents already sent or signed in your PandaDoc, because that's your system, not your provider's.
