**Requirements:** Admin role. 1. Open MONEI's **Detail**, go to the **Status** tab and click **Disconnect**. 2. Confirm on the notice — the action can't be undone. **Result:** the **saved credential is deleted**, the activated action **stops running** immediately and the agent loses access to MONEI's payment tools. If you had pending payment links generated before disconnecting, they still exist in your MONEI account — disconnecting doesn't cancel them for you; use "Cancel a payment link" before disconnecting if you want to invalidate them. > **Note — MONEI remains your own system** > > Your charges, your MONEI customers and your payment history always live in **your own MONEI account** — a system that's already yours, contracted and managed by you, not by your provider for this platform. Disconnecting only removes the agent's access; it doesn't delete or modify anything in your MONEI account.
