**Requirements:** Admin role.

1. Open HubSpot's **Details**, go to the **Status** tab and press **Disconnect**.
2. Confirm in the notice — the action can't be undone.

**Result:** the **saved credential is deleted**, activated actions **stop running** immediately and the agent loses access to HubSpot's tools. To reconnect, repeat section 4 (you'll need a new token, or the same one if it's still valid in HubSpot).

> **Note — HubSpot becomes a destination for your own data**
>
> If you activate "Lead → contact" (section 5), the lead's data travels to **your own HubSpot account** — a system that's already yours, contracted and managed by you, not by your provider for this platform. Disconnecting stops the sync but **doesn't delete** what was already synced before to your HubSpot, because that's your system, not your provider's. If you unsubscribed an end customer and requested their erasure, that erasure applies on the Platform; it doesn't automatically delete what already traveled to your HubSpot.
