**Requirements:** Admin role.

1. Open Google Sheets' **Details**, go to the **Status** tab and click **Disconnect** (or **Revoke** to remove only a specific named connection, Connections tab).
2. Confirm in the warning — this action can't be undone.

**Result:** the agent immediately loses access to the sheets registered on that connection. To reconnect, repeat section 4.

> **Note — The sheet remains yours**
>
> Your spreadsheet always lives in **your own Google account** — disconnecting only removes your provider's service account access; it doesn't delete or modify any row in your sheet. If you want to revoke access completely, you can also stop sharing the sheet with the service account's email from Google Sheets itself.
