By connecting Google Sheets, your agent can **look up the content of your spreadsheets** while chatting (a catalog, a price list) and your **new leads can be automatically registered as new rows** in the sheet you choose. This integration activates two independent surfaces, explained in detail in sections 5 and 7: - **Three panel actions** (section 5) — "Lead → row", and two generic actions ("Append row"/"Update row") meant to be used as a step in a **flow** (Manual 55 · Jobs and Flows). - **Three AI agent tools** (section 7) — looking up the sheet's structure, searching and reading rows. They're read-only: the agent never writes to your sheet on its own, it only looks things up. Unlike HubSpot or Brevo, Sheets **doesn't ask for any key or password**: the connection uses a Google service account your provider already manages — your only contribution is sharing the sheet with its email (section 3).
