The first block on the screen is a reminder that you can already **connect your business's CRM, catalog or calendar** to the agent through MCP servers, without waiting for a native connector to exist — your own server (documented in **Manual 26 · Settings and integrations**, section 8) or any from the **catalog of preconfigured servers by level** (key or OAuth, **Manual 60 · MCP servers: catalog and connection**). Both are configured under **Settings → MCP servers**, and this card's **Go to Settings** button takes you straight there. > **Note — When to use each path** > > A **connector** (section 2) is the specific, lower-friction path for a concrete system that already has its own manual — today, HubSpot and Salesforce (section 6): you fill in a short form and you're done, no technical steps at all. An **MCP server** is the generic path for any system that doesn't have its own connector yet, with more configuration steps in exchange for covering practically any CRM, catalog or calendar your business already works with.
