If the copilot saved a plan's result but, because of some one-off failure, the assistant never got to reply in that conversation, you'll get a bell and email notification:

> **Note — "The copilot couldn't reply to a plan's result"**
>
> "The copilot saved a plan's result (ID …), but the agent couldn't generate a reply for the person in that conversation. Go into the conversation to review it."

Open it and reply to that conversation yourself if needed — the data was already saved correctly (for example, the lead already exists), the only thing that failed is that nobody confirmed it to the person.

## 10.1 The channel becomes “out of plan”

If the Copilot Assistant channel becomes “out of plan” — usually after downgrading your plan (manual 62, section 4) — whoever opens that panel no longer sees the normal chat: they see an honest message explaining the assistant isn't available, with no technical data or figures from your plan.

Your developer doesn't need to touch anything: the panel handles this closure on its own. To turn it back on, keep the channel or upgrade your plan (manual 62, sections 4 and 7).
