## 8.1 Team

- **Invite someone new**: email (it fills it in), role and departments (it points them out to you) and presses "Send invitation".
- **Edit someone already on your team**: role and status (active/suspended) it really does fill in — they're real dropdowns; trimmed permissions (manual 52) it only points to, because it's a long list with many rows. Save.
- **Resend/revoke a pending invitation** and **"Remove member"**: guide-only — they're per-row buttons, and "Remove" also opens its own confirmation dialog the assistant doesn't touch directly.

## 8.2 Settings

- **General information**: agency name, website, contact email, phone, city, country, timezone, language, currency and the logo URL — it fills them all in and presses Save.
- **Agency notifications** (not your personal ones): periodic summary, new-lead alert, which channels are "critical", and Slack alerts — it fills them in and Saves.
- The rest of the Settings tabs (working hours, agent tasks, customer memory, Security, Brand, MCP servers, API keys, Agent control, Danger zone; Calendar is already covered by manual 19) aren't in the manifest yet: the assistant takes you as far as Settings, but not into those specific tabs — they're added over time.

> **Important — Billing: guide-only, always**
>
> It's money — the assistant never changes your plan, your payment method, or taps anything in Billing for you (manual 34). It takes you there and explains what to look at; the rest is up to you.

## 8.3 Knowledge base and Documents

- **An already-uploaded document**: it can change its tags (it points them out to you) and the access level — the latter is saved just by picking it, with no separate "Save" button.
- **Upload a new document**: guide-only — dragging or picking the file isn't something the assistant can do for you.
- **Generate a document from a template**: picking WHICH template (row by row in the list) it only guides; once the form is open, it does fill in the variables, the output format, the name and the recipient's email, and presses "Generate".
- **Download, resend or delete** an already-generated document: guide-only — they're per-row buttons in the "Generated" list.

## 8.4 Integrations

The whole **Integrations** screen is out of the assistant's reach today: no connecting, no enabling an action, no testing the connection, no disconnecting. Honest reason: every integration card shares the same screen structure, and today there's no safe way to anchor a control to "this card and not the one next to it" without risking touching the wrong integration. The assistant can tell you the screen exists (manual 49) and take you there — the rest you do by hand.
