The **Support** screen in the sidebar (right before **Settings**) is the channel for opening and following
tickets with **your provider's team** — the company that operates the Platform. It's different from your
own agency's **internal** tickets about your customers (Manual 20 · Tickets, and their summary from a
contact's record in Manual 27 · Marketing and contacts): here you're not talking to your own team about a
customer, you're talking directly to the platform.

> **Note — Only administrators see it with content**
>
> The Editor and Read-only (viewer) roles see the Support screen, but with the notice **"Administrators
> only"** ("Ask an administrator of your account to open or view support tickets.") instead of content.
> Only the Admin role can create, see and reply to support tickets.

The table shows, for each ticket: the **Subject**, its **Status** (section 3), its **Priority**, who on
your provider's team it's **Assigned** to ("Platform Admin", or "Unassigned" while nobody has taken it),
and the **Updated** date.
