Once inside, the screen always keeps the same structure: a navigation **sidebar** on the left and a **top
bar** common to every screen.

## 3.1 The sidebar

Each entry takes you to a different screen. You'll find the detail of each one in its own manual:

| Entry | What it is | Where it's covered |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Home** | The day's summary: indicators, setup checklist, online team and alerts. | This manual, section 5 |
| **Conversations** | The inbox, with a number showing how many conversations are queued waiting for a human. | Manual 16 · Conversations (inbox) |
| **Leads** | The pipeline of contacts captured by the AI (or created by hand), with a count of new ones. | Manual 17 · Leads and follow-up |
| **Tickets** | Your team's internal cases about a contact, a lead or a conversation. | Manual 20 · Tickets |
| **Contacts** | Each of your agency's customer records, with their history and their tickets. | Manual 27 · Marketing and contacts |
| **Calendar** | Your agency's appointments: list, weekly view and creating new appointments. | Manual 19 · Calendar |
| **Marketing** | WhatsApp templates and campaigns for your contacts. | Manual 27 · Marketing and contacts |
| **Analytics** | Charts and performance metrics for your agent and your business. | Manual 21 · Analytics |
| **Knowledge base** | The documents the AI consults to answer your customers. | Manual 18 · Knowledge base and documents |
| **Documents** | Templates and documents generated from your conversations. | Manual 18 · Knowledge base and documents |
| **Support** | Near the end of the bar, right before Settings and visible only to administrators: your agency's tickets with your provider. | Manual 28 · Support |

Below those day-to-day screens you'll also see **AI agents**, **Channels**, **Integrations** and **Team**:
they're the account's configuration screens, normally reserved for the admin role (section 4) and covered
by manuals 23, 24, 26 and 25 respectively. **Support** closes the bar, and right at the end, **Settings** —
also covered by manual 26 (see the full map in section 6).

At the bottom of the sidebar you have the card with your **agency's plan** and its conversation usage for
the month (for example, "1247 / 2000 conv." and how many are left) — the detail of plans and usage is in
manual **34 · Customer billing**. Right below it, the **"Collapse"** button shrinks the sidebar down to
icons only, to gain screen space.

> **Note — Your sidebar may have fewer entries**
>
> Which entries you see depends on your role and on the features enabled in your agency's plan: the table
> above lists the full navigation, but an editor or viewer role, or a plan without some feature enabled,
> will see fewer entries than the table above lists.

## 3.2 The top bar

On every screen you'll find, from left to right:

- **The platform's name** and, below it, your agency's name.
- A **global conversation search** ("Search conversations…"), with the keyboard shortcut **⌘K** (Mac) or
**Ctrl+K** (Windows/Linux) to open it without using the mouse.
- The **presence selector**: shows whether you're **Online**, **Away**, **Busy** or **Offline** for the
purpose of receiving conversations from the inbox (manual 16). It's shown with a colored dot and a
  dropdown menu.
- The **light / dark theme** button (sun or moon icon).
- The **notifications** icon (bell), with a badge dot when you have unread updates.
- Your **avatar**, with your name and your role below it (for example "Admin · ADMIN"), and access to your
profile and to **Log out** (section 2.4).
