The **EU AI Act** requires that people who **operate** an AI system — not only whoever builds it — receive
enough training to use it responsibly (its article on AI literacy, in force since February 2025). That
obligation applies to you if you work at your agency with the Platform: whether you handle conversations,
manage leads, configure agents, or just look at data.

This manual brings together, in one place, what you need to know to meet that obligation: the AI
assistant's real limits, what it discloses to your customers by law, when you must step in personally, and
how to handle the personal data that passes through your hands. It doesn't repeat the operational detail of
other manuals — it links to them where relevant.

> **Note — Who should read it**

> Everyone with access to your agency's Platform, whatever their role — Admin, Editor or Read-only. Your
> provider's internal team has its own version of this manual, **Manual 36 · Staff · Training the team on
> the AI system**.
