Same pattern as any other channel (Manual 24, section 3): - **Disconnect** (button at the bottom of the panel, with the channel connected): stops reading and replying to that mailbox, but keeps the entire configuration — agent, owners, credentials — for when you connect it again. - **Delete** (trash icon on the card): removes the instance entirely. It can't be deleted while the channel is **Connected** — disconnect it first.
