The **Integrations** screen, in the sidebar (not inside Settings), brings together in one place what your
agent can already use today and what's coming later. It has three parts: the **MCP servers** notice at the
very top, the **Available today** section and the **Coming soon** section.

**Requirements:** Admin role — it's the only screen in this manual that doesn't live inside Settings
itself, but shares its role exclusivity.

## Available today

Three cards with what your agent already uses in production, each with its shortcut to where it's
configured:

| **Channels** | Connect WhatsApp Business, Telegram or your website's widget so the agent can talk there. | "Go to Channels" → Manual 24 · Channels. |

## Coming soon

Twelve connectors under development, marked with the **Coming soon** label — not operational yet:
**HubSpot** (CRM), **Slack** (lead and escalation notices), **Google Sheets** and **Excel** (dumping
leads), **Brevo** (email to your customers), **PandaDoc** (document signing), **Zapier** (thousands of
no-code apps), **Gmail** (your inbox as an agent tool), **Calendly** (scheduling from an external
calendar), **Shopify** and **WooCommerce** (your store's catalog), and **Finaer** (rental guarantee for
your tenants, real-estate sector). At the bottom of the screen, the **"Tell us"** link lets you request an
integration that isn't on the list.
