From the table's **Actions** column, every appointment in **Scheduled** status has three action icons:

- **Complete** (✓ check icon): marks the appointment as **Completed**.
- **No-show** (person icon): marks that the customer didn't show up for the appointment.
- **Cancel** (✕ icon, in red): marks the appointment as **Cancelled**.

Once an appointment moves to Completed, Cancelled or No-show, it no longer has actions available in the
table — it stays as a historical record.

Who can see and who can create or modify appointments depends on the role:

| Role | View the calendar | Create / modify appointments |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Admin | Every appointment in the agency | Any appointment |
| Editor | Every appointment in the agency | Any appointment |
| Viewer | Every appointment in the agency | Only appointments assigned to themselves |

> **Note — A nuance specific to the Calendar**
>
> Unlike other screens such as the inbox (manual 16 · Conversations), where the Viewer role is strictly
> read-only, on the Calendar any role can complete, mark as no-show, cancel or reschedule appointments
> assigned to themselves — never a colleague's.
