With the session active, the chat recognizes you with **your real role** — the same permissions you have
when logging into the web Platform (Manual 15, section 4): a viewer can only view, an editor can also
handle day-to-day operations, an admin has full access.

**In practice, however, the chat only offers what exists as a conversational agent action** — never full
configuration screens. Even if your role is admin, you'll **never** be able to, from the chat:

- Change account Settings (agency details, security, integrations…).
- Manage Billing (plan, payment method, invoices).
- Administer the Team (invite, change roles, suspend).

Those three areas **only exist on the web Platform** (Manuals 25, 26 and 34). Channel-linked access is a
day-to-day operational complement — specific queries and actions —, not a full substitute for the
administration interface.

> **Note — With no active session, you're just another visitor**
>
> Outside of an open session (you never linked the channel, the session expired, or you turned off
> two-factor verification), that same number/chat treats you exactly the same as any customer writing over
> WhatsApp or Telegram: the public-facing AI agent replies to you, with no special access — never "halfway"
> with partial permissions.
